Pulmonary & Critical Care Associates’ patient portal,
PrimePATIENT®, offers patients a convenient and secure access website to help manage their healthcare. Through the
portal patients can manage upcoming appointments, refill medications, review test results as they become available,
ask questions and view/change personal health information.
PCCA PORTAL USERS CAN:
Cancel or request upcoming appointments without
picking up the phone. If you are acutely ill, however, and need to be seen on an urgent basis, you should
call one of our offices directly and not use the portal.
Refill medications with just a few clicks. Refill requests
are processed within 24 hours.
Review your medications, allergies, past medical
history and more. Let your healthcare team know about any new medications or allergies. Keeping your record
up-to-date helps you and your care providers.

To register for your Patient Portal account, you will need to
make sure our office has your correct personal e-mail address on file. Once that is done, you will receive an
e-mail invitation to create your account. Within that invitation e-mail there will be a Create My Patient Portal
Account link. Clicking that link will take you to the portal signup page. Once there, you will answer a few
security questions, review the terms of service, verify your username and create your password.
